She began painting in 2022 while studying Digital Media Production, a pivotal shift that launched her exhibition practice. Since then, she's shown in over 20 Chicago exhibitions, including solo, duo, and group shows.
Driven by global travel and a lifelong affinity for cubism, Bridges uses geometric fragmentation and split perspectives to address the historical absence of Black and Brown figures in abstract art.
Beyond the studio, she co-founded and is the Creative Director/Graphic Designer for House Party Hotline; which has curating over 100 Chicago cultural events since 2023.
Bridges continues to establish a distinct signature in contemporary cubism, reclaiming abstract portraiture to celebrate Black and Brown life.
She is ultimately geared towards a mission to redefine pop culture through fine art and cultural experiences that move us toward a self-determined future.
